The company or team is inspected in person, spending as long with them
as is needed to arrive at a confident assessment of these four areas.
We try to meet with the widest possible range of people (from directors
to operatives) as well as inspecting development, systems and operations
directly. For a small enterprise a thorough inspection may take from
1/2 to 1 day. For larger ones the time will increase as the number of
technically related departments increases.
Results are presented in a standard format report. One paper copy and
one CD containing the report in PDF format are supplied. Extra copies
or other formats can optionally be generated on request.
Where possible we complete each Standard inspection within 4
working days of being retained for the work.
Fast
Track service
We also offer a Fast Track service suitable for very small enterprises
at an early stage, or for initial qualification of larger enterprises.
This involves a shorter inspection visit to a single site, meeting quickly
with up to 4 people, and looking over the systems and operations. Results
are presented as a single page with a paragraph addressing each of the
four areas: Idea, Implementation, Operation, and
People.
Where possible we complete each Fast Track inspection within
2 working days of being retained for the work.
Special
requests
We can operate to a different brief if desired, should you need specific
aspects of the company and its function to be investigated. Please feel
free to discuss any special needs you may have.
Cost
Rates depend on the length of time the inspection takes. The basic fee
covers a one day inspection and preparation of a detailed report. If
the inspection takes more than one day the extra time is charged per
day.
We also offer discounts on standard day rates for retainer agreements.
