Luttrell Associates is an independent television and communications consultancy based near Cambridge.

The founder, Julian Luttrell, has 18 years' experience in the communications industry, specialising in the development, integration and use of high technology systems to provide distribution of and interaction with information. This background provides the perfect basis for developing and launching interactive services and content for delivery over any channels.

Julian Luttrell's background is in interactivity, broadcast, and computer software development and application. Before founding Luttrell Associates at the end of 1998 he worked for a number of major communications companies including:

• General Cable plc, a UK cable MSO, where he was director of digital TV;
• Nokia Telecommunications, where he was product manager and also created a new software development department.

Since founding Luttrell Associates work has included cable and terrestrial digital television, mobile commerce and internet, and interactive video and dvd.

Julian left Cambridge University in 1985 after studying for a first degree in Mathematics and a doctorate in Physics.
